Documents to prepare

- 1Aadhaar card of each family member
- 2Mobile number linked to Aadhaar for the OTP
- 3Ration card or the PM/CM letter for the family
- 4Income or caste certificate only if asked
What happens next
- Tell us who needs the card; we check the family's eligibility first.
- The card holder completes Aadhaar OTP or fingerprint verification at the counter.
- We submit the card request and tell you when it is approved.
- Collect the printed card or keep the digital copy on your phone.
