Documents to prepare
Requirements vary by applicant. Use this as a starting list; we confirm the latest before you visit.
- 1Aadhaar card of every family member
- 2Voter ID and PAN of earning members
- 3Recent electricity, water or gas bill, or rent agreement
- 4Income certificate
- 5Photo and bank passbook of the head of the family (usually the eldest woman)
- 6Surrender or deletion certificate if you had a card elsewhere
What happens next
- Bring the documents for the whole family; we check them with you.
- We prepare and submit the application and give you the acknowledgement.
- Verification is done by the supply department.
- We tell you when the card is approved and help you download or collect it.
